Terms of Service
Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Order & Warehouse Management System ("the System") provided by DONOMI CO., LTD. ("the Company"). The System is available exclusively to clients who have entered into a physical warehousing service agreement ("Warehousing Contract") with the Company ("Contracted Partners").
Article 2 (Account Management)
1. Access to the System is restricted to active Contracted Partners with a valid Warehousing Contract. 2. Partners are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Sharing, renting, or transferring accounts to any third party is strictly prohibited. 3. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from negligent account management.
Article 3 (API Integrations and Logistics Operations)
1. Partners may link their e-commerce storefronts (Amazon, Rakuten, TikTok Shop, etc.) via secure APIs to sync order data into the System. 2. The synced data (including recipient PII) will be processed solely to perform physical inventory control, packing, and dispatch services in our physical warehouses.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Partners shall not engage in any of the following activities: • Using the System for logistics operations outside of the Company's physical warehouses • Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the System • Misusing or illegally exporting third-party customer personal data • Interfering with the operation or security of the System
Article 5 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company provides the System on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operations. 2. The Company is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, or API changes initiated by third-party platforms (Amazon, TikTok, etc.).
