Data Deletion Instructions
Instructions on how to request the deletion of your store data and customer personal data synced with the DONOMI System (WMS/OMS).
1. Disconnecting the Application (Revoking Authorization)
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to the authorized applications management page, and revoke authorization for the "DONOMI" application. This immediately stops new order sync.
2. Submitting a Data Deletion Request
If you wish to immediately and permanently delete previously synced order data (recipient names, addresses, phone numbers) and credentials, please follow these steps: 1. Send an email to [email protected] from your registered business email address. 2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". 3. Include the following details in the email body: • Company Name / Store Name • The platform name you disconnected (Amazon or TikTok Shop) • Your Contact Name
3. Processing and Confirmation
• Upon receiving your request, our Data Protection Team will physically and permanently purge your database records from our WMS/OMS system within 2 business days. • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the data deletion process is completed.
4. Automatic Deletion Standard
Note that even without a manual deletion request, our system automatically purges all customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) 30 days after the shipment is completed, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
