2. Integration of External APIs (Amazon SP-API & TikTok Shop API) and Purpose of Use
To perform physical fulfillment and shipping services requested by our contracted warehousing clients ("Clients"), the Company retrieves order data (recipient names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and purchased items) via secure API integrations with Amazon Services API and TikTok Shop API. This data is processed strictly for the following logistics purposes: • Generating and printing carrier shipping labels • Physical packing and dispatching of goods • Tracking delivery status and verifying delivery completion
3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy
• The Company retains personal data only for the minimum period necessary to complete the fulfillment operations. • All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained from Amazon SP-API and TikTok Shop API (specifically names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers) is automatically and permanently purged from our internal systems (WMS/OMS) within 30 days after delivery completion, in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
4. Security and Protection Measures
The Company implements strict technical and organizational safeguards to secure personal data: • Full encryption of data in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols • Encryption of data at rest (AES-256) within our internal databases • Access controls restricting personal data access to designated warehouse personnel handling the specific dispatch
5. Third-Party Sharing Restriction
The Company does not share, rent, or sell personal data to third parties, except for sharing necessary delivery details with shipping carriers (e.g., Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express) for shipment fulfillment, or as required by law.
